A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your consultation appointment. This amount is credited toward the total cost of your artwork.

The remaining balance is due after your artwork has been completed and before it is shipped. Standard shipping is already included in the artwork price.
Please understand that the day you schedule your 30-minute phone consultation is also the day I intend to begin working on your custom drawing.
During our phone call, we will discuss your reference image, preferred drawing size, important details, and any specific instructions you have for your artwork.
Important: Please be available at your scheduled appointment time. I use this conversation to make sure I understand your vision before starting your design.
My appointments are scheduled every other Saturday, allowing approximately two weeks to complete each commission.
Scheduling your appointment does NOT automatically submit the photograph you want me to draw.
After successfully booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email from Calendly. You MUST reply directly to that confirmation email and attach the photograph you want me to draw.
Please send your reference photograph as soon as possible after scheduling, preferably before your scheduled phone call. This gives me enough time to review your image and prepare for our discussion.
Your booking is not complete from my preparation standpoint until I have received your reference image. You are responsible for replying to your confirmation email with the photograph you want me to draw.
The quality of your reference photograph plays an important role in the final result of your drawing. Please take a moment to understand what makes a good reference image.
