Custom Artwork Commission Contract.

This agreement records the specific details of a custom artwork commission between Plamedll and the customer.

1. Parties

Artist: Plamedi Otiom, operating as Plamedll, Ankeny, Iowa, USA.

Customer: The individual identified in the booking and order records.

3. Consultation

The customer books a 30-minute phone consultation through the official Plamedll booking calendar. Available appointments are offered on alternating Saturdays as displayed in the calendar.

The scheduled consultation day is also the intended day on which the artist begins work. The customer should provide the required reference image before the appointment.

4. Commission Price and Payments

The standard commission prices are $150 for 17 × 14 inches and $250 for 24 × 18 inches. Other sizes require an individually confirmed quote.

A $50 booking payment is credited toward the total price. The remaining balance is due after completion and before shipment.

5. Production and Delivery

Plamedll allows approximately two weeks from the consultation date for artwork completion. The estimate may vary depending on complexity, required information, and unforeseen circumstances.

After completion and payment of the remaining balance, the artwork will be prepared for dispatch. Estimated shipping is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is included in the agreed price.

6. Copyright and Personal Use

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, copyright in the original artwork remains with Plamedi Otiom. After full payment, the customer may possess, display, and enjoy the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Publication Consent

The customer's choice to permit or decline promotional publication is recorded separately through the booking form. A No selection means the commission is treated as private under the Portfolio and Marketing Consent Policy.

8. Changes and Communication

Changes to the agreed concept, dimensions, or scope must be discussed. Additional fees or time requirements will be communicated and agreed upon before extra work is performed.

9. Entire Commission Agreement

This contract should be read together with the Plamedll policies. Specific written order details agreed by both parties supplement the general policies. Any special exception must be recorded in writing.

10. Acknowledgment

By signing, the parties confirm that the commission details and payment arrangement have been reviewed and accepted, subject to applicable law.
