Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before booking a custom artwork commission with Plamedll.

1. About Plamedll

Plamedll is a custom artwork business operated by artist Plamedi Otiom, based in Ankeny, Iowa, United States. These terms govern custom artwork commissions, consultations, payments, and delivery services offered by Plamedll.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling a consultation and submitting the required booking payment, the customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review these terms and agrees to the terms applicable to their commission.

3. Services Offered

Plamedll creates personalized artwork based on customer-provided photographs, reference images, concepts, and instructions. The service includes a scheduled consultation, artwork creation, and standard shipping as described in the agreed commission.

4. Commission Prices

• 17 × 14 inches: $150 USD.
• 24 × 18 inches: $250 USD.
• Other dimensions: individually quoted and confirmed before proceeding.

The $50 booking payment is credited toward the agreed total price.

5. Artistic Nature of the Service

Each drawing is individually created by hand. Minor variations in shading, texture, proportions, and artistic interpretation are normal characteristics of handmade artwork. Plamedll will make reasonable efforts to follow the approved reference and instructions.

6. Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate contact information, suitable reference images, and a complete shipping address. Customers are responsible for having the necessary rights or permissions to provide reference photographs.

7. Payment and Delivery

A $50 booking payment is required to reserve a consultation. The outstanding balance is due after completion and before shipment. Standard shipping is included in the agreed commission price, subject to the confirmed delivery arrangements.

8. Privacy and Publication

Customers choose whether to authorize promotional use of their completed artwork. Publication consent is optional and separate from the purchase. Selecting No will not affect the service, price, or quality of the commission.

9. Copyright

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Plamedi Otiom retains copyright in original artwork created through Plamedll. Customers receive the personal-use permissions described in the Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy after full payment.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Booking payments and cancellation requests are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

11. Delays and Circumstances Outside Our Control

Production and shipping estimates may be affected by customer delays, postal service interruptions, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside Plamedll's reasonable control. Plamedll will communicate material delays when reasonably possible.

12. Changes to Terms

Updated terms will be made available through Plamedll's website. The terms supplied or linked at the time of booking will generally apply to that commission unless the parties agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Governing Law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without excluding any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer. Any applicable dispute venue and remedies remain subject to governing law.
