Booking and Payment Policy.

A clear guide to reserving your appointment and paying for your custom artwork.

1. Booking Appointments

Custom artwork consultations are offered every other Saturday on the dates displayed in the official Plamedll booking calendar. Availability is limited so that each commission receives dedicated attention.

Each appointment is a 30-minute phone consultation with Plamedi Otiom.

2. Required Booking Payment

A $50 USD payment is required when submitting a booking request. The payment reserves the consultation appointment and is credited toward the final agreed commission price.

3. Commission Pricing

Other sizes must be discussed and quoted individually before the customer agrees to proceed.

4. What the Booking Payment Covers

The booking payment reserves the appointment and contributes toward the overall commission. It is not an additional charge on top of the quoted artwork price.

5. Consultation and Starting Work

The scheduled phone consultation day is also the intended day Plamedi begins working on the artwork. Customers should submit their required reference image before the call and be available at the scheduled time.

6. Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due after the artwork is completed and before the finished artwork is shipped. Plamedll will communicate the balance and available payment instructions.

7. Other Sizes and Additional Work

Any different size, additional artwork, or expanded scope must be quoted separately. The customer must approve the price before the additional work begins.

8. Shipping

Standard shipping is included in the agreed commission price for the confirmed delivery destination. The estimated shipping period is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

9. Payment Records

Customers should retain their booking confirmation and payment receipt. Questions about a payment should be sent to Plamedll using the contact details below.
