Revisions and Approval Policy.

A guide to communicating changes, reviewing artwork, and confirming the final commission.

1. Establishing the Original Concept

During the scheduled consultation, the customer and artist discuss the reference image, dimensions, composition, important details, and artistic preferences. This discussion establishes the initial commission scope.

2. Clear Instructions

Customers should explain important requirements before production begins. Requests involving specific clothing, backgrounds, expressions, accessories, positioning, or other details should be communicated during the consultation whenever possible.

3. Handmade Artistic Differences

Hand-drawn artwork involves individual artistic interpretation. Small differences in shading, linework, texture, proportions, and other handmade characteristics are normal and do not automatically constitute a defect.

4. Revision Requests

If Plamedll provides a progress preview, customers should review it promptly and clearly explain any concerns. Reasonable corrections that address a departure from the agreed instructions will be discussed with the customer.

5. Major Changes

Requests to change the original concept, replace the reference image, substantially alter the composition, or change dimensions may require additional work, additional time, or an additional fee.

Plamedll will explain any additional cost and obtain customer approval before performing chargeable extra work.

6. Final Review

Where a final preview is provided, the customer should review it and communicate any concerns before the artwork is dispatched. The customer should not assume that a preview is available unless Plamedll has specifically offered one.

7. After Shipping

Customers should contact Plamedll promptly if the delivered artwork appears materially different from the agreed commission or arrives damaged. Photographs and a description of the concern may help resolve the issue.

8. Additional Charges

No additional revision fee will be imposed without first explaining the requested extra work and obtaining the customer's agreement. This does not limit any rights relating to defective or non-conforming services under applicable law.

9. Communication

Revision requests and questions should be sent to plamedllart@gmail.com. Include the customer's name and booking details.

Our goalTo create artwork that reflects the customer's vision while maintaining the quality and character of handmade art.
