Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Our cancellation and refund terms explain what happens if a customer or Plamedll needs to cancel a commission.

1. The $50 Booking Payment

The $50 booking payment reserves the consultation and is credited toward the agreed commission price. It is generally non-refundable when the customer cancels or decides not to proceed, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Cancellation Before the Consultation

A customer who needs to cancel before the scheduled consultation should contact Plamedll as soon as possible. The booking payment is generally not refunded, subject to applicable legal rights and any written exception agreed by Plamedll.

3. Missed Appointments

If a customer misses a scheduled call without contacting Plamedll, the appointment may be treated as missed. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the artist's agreement. The booking payment is not automatically refundable.

4. Cancellation After Work Begins

If the customer decides to cancel after Plamedll has completed the commissioned artwork, the customer remains responsible for paying the full agreed commission price, regardless of whether they choose to accept delivery of the artwork. The initial $50 booking payment will be credited toward the total amount owed, and the remaining balance must still be paid in full.

5. Cancellation by Plamedll

If Plamedll is unable to complete a commission and cannot offer a reasonable alternative or rescheduling arrangement, payments for services not provided will be refunded as required by applicable law.

6. Delays

A delay does not automatically mean a commission has been cancelled. Plamedll will communicate significant delays and work with the customer on a reasonable next step.

7. Refund Requests

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to plamedllart@gmail.com. Include the customer's name, booking date, payment information, and a description of the request. Plamedll will review the circumstances and respond within a reasonable time.

8. Non-Waivable Rights

This policy does not remove any refund, cancellation, chargeback, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
