Portfolio and Marketing Consent.

Your privacy matters. You decide whether your completed commissioned artwork may be displayed or used to promote Plamedll.

1. Purpose of Consent

Plamedll would like to showcase selected completed artwork to demonstrate its artistic work and help prospective customers discover the business. This permission is separate from the purchase of artwork.

2. If You Select YES

You authorize Plamedll and Plamedi Otiom to photograph, reproduce, display, share, and publish images of your completed commissioned artwork for portfolio and promotional purposes, including:

• The official Plamedll website and online gallery.
• Plamedll's social media accounts.
• Online portfolios and business presentations.
• Promotional posts and advertising materials.

This permission is non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free, unless otherwise agreed in writing. It does not transfer copyright ownership of the artwork.

3. If You Select NO

Your commission will be treated as private. Plamedll will not publish, display, share, or use the completed artwork or identifiable images of it for portfolio, advertising, social media, or other promotional purposes.

This restriction does not prevent Plamedll from keeping confidential business records or using information where disclosure is legally required. Any such handling must comply with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

4. Identifiable People and Additional Permissions

If your artwork depicts another identifiable person, your permission alone may not authorize Plamedll to use that person's likeness in advertising. Separate permission from the depicted individual, or a parent or legal guardian where appropriate, may be needed.

Customers must not grant permission on behalf of another person unless legally authorized to do so.

5. Customer's Choice

Your selection is recorded through the required Yes/No question in the Plamedll booking form.

6. Withdrawal of Permission

If you previously selected Yes, you may contact Plamedll to withdraw permission for future promotional use. Plamedll will stop new uses and make reasonable efforts to remove content from accounts and websites it controls within a reasonable time.

Withdrawal cannot always reverse printed materials already distributed, independent third-party reposts, cached copies, or content outside Plamedll's control.

7. No Additional Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, no additional payment or royalty is owed for promotional use authorized under this policy.

To change your recorded choice or ask questions about publication, email Plamedll. Include your name and sufficient information to identify your commission.
